Account information
We store the email address and password hash needed to operate your account. We never store your raw password.
Website monitoring data
SiteHelm stores websites you add, public scan findings, uptime checks, incidents, configured public form journeys and technical evidence needed to show website health.
Technical telemetry and screenshots
Operational logs, response measurements and failure screenshots may be retained to diagnose monitoring. Screenshots remain private and are served only through authenticated, tenant-scoped access.
Processors and retention
Hosting, email, object storage, payment and optional AI providers process only the data needed for their configured role. Retention windows vary by record type and are documented operationally.
Cookies and contact
SiteHelm currently uses a required HttpOnly session cookie and does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Contact details and jurisdiction-specific rights must be finalized before launch.
