Starter terms
Terms for using SiteHelm
These starter terms describe the intended service boundaries. They are not legal advice and require professional legal review before commercial launch.
Service description and limitations
SiteHelm checks public website availability and technical health. Monitoring is best-effort and does not guarantee uptime, detection of every issue or uninterrupted alerts.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the websites, recipients and public form journeys you configure, for acting on findings, and for keeping your account secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use SiteHelm to attack systems, scan private or internal targets, spam third-party forms, bypass CAPTCHA or monitor systems without authorization where verification is required.
Billing basics
Paid plans renew according to the checkout terms shown at purchase. Plan limits control active features without deleting retained websites when a plan is downgraded.
Changes and contact
Final cancellation, refund, governing-law, notice and contact provisions must be reviewed and completed before launch.
